The Budapest Home Office/Mandelay Kft. would like to inform you of the following:

The leadership of Mandelay Kft. works (as it has been for nearly 25 years - since - 1993) with Desire Dubounet to give the world the SCIO and related technologies. To have a better understanding of the current situation of today we would like to call the attention to three points:

The development of the hardware, software and websites (namely: www.qxsubspace.com and www.scio-eductor.com) supporting the SCIO and related technologies has been done under the roofs of Mandelay Kft. and its predecessor companies, Maitreya Kft. and Eclosion Kft,. All people working on these supporting systems for the SCIO and related technologies were employees of one these companies in the past, including Levente , Andreea, Geri
The Software developed by Mandelay Kft. has been done with the consent and approval of Desiré Dubounet.Desire, as set out in the attached permission notice.
Software related policies of Mandelay Kft. are set below

1. Please see the details for the points set out above:

In 1997 Maitreya Kft., a Mandelay predecessor company registered the QXCI device with ORKI Notified Body.
In 2006 Eclosion Kft, a Mandelay predecessor company registered the EPFX Serial/EPFX USB with Intertek Notified Body, and in 2007 received the CE Certificate for the SCIO USB.
In 2008 Eclosion Kft. changed its name to Maitreya Kft.
In 2010 Maitreya Kft. received the CE Certificate for the SCIO device with TÜV MEEI.
In 2011 Maitreya Kft. received the GM Mark for the SCIO device with TÜV Rheinland.
In 2012 a new company created by Maitreya Kft., Mandelay Kft . took over the assets, including the SCIO and SCIO related technologies of Maitreya Kft..
In 2012 Mandelay Kft. received the CE Certificate for the SCIO System with TÜV Rheinland Notified Body.
In 2014 Mandelay Kft. authorized the subcontractor Pentavox Kft. to sign a contract with S. C. Biofeedback 2014 SRL. in order to apply for the CE Certificate for the EDUCTOR device S. C. Biofeedback 2014 SRL. was created with a 50% ownership by Mandelay Kft. In 2014 S. C. Biofeedback 2014 SRL. has received the CE Certificate for the EDUCTOR (small LCD screen) and for the EDUCTOR1 (big LCD screen).

Our registrations require us to have a traceable database of our Users. Due to this reason you have received this newsletter.

2. Attached the signed consent of Desire Dubounet

3. The new powerful software is called Clasp64

Our basic software is provided to current users at no costs and will remain free. Any further bugs, errors, and/or failures related to the basic software will be fixed and available at no charge.

We will continue to develop new features for the software, but these features will remain optional to purchase. No one will be forced to buy any of these features. Everyone will have a choice. We will never ask for any extra payment, if it is against the will of our partners, nor will we add hidden charges.

We firmly believe that based on the events of the past years and based on the feedback of the Users, the stability and accountability we offer by these policies will add value to existing users and support the spread of this remarkable technology to a much larger community of users.

We offer this expansion and improvement of the SCIO and related technologies as an option for a different, brighter future.
